How to delete your account

You can delete your account from withtin mySchneider Retailer app

Steps to delete your account

This applies for both android and iOS

1. Open mySchneider Retailer App.

2. Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.

3. Choose reason for deleting your account and tap PROCEED.

4. Re-enter your password to delete your account and tap CONFIRM.

We delete the following information

• Deletes your account details and profile photo.
• Deletes total reward points earned and reward history.
• Deletes all inbox notifications.
• Deletes inventory details.
• Deletes products in cart.
• Deletes claim history.

How long does it take to delete your infomation?

• By performing deletion of your account, you will not be able to access your account again.
• If you request to delete, then it takes up to 16 days to delete your account permanently for account deletion process.
